PLEASE  understand that we are making the best decisions we possibly can with the current information we have. All dates could be subject to change if our Government mandates additional closure.

 

THIS INFORMATION WAS IN REGARDS TO THE SPRING/SUMMER EVENT THAT WAS SCHEDULE FOR THIS PAST MARCH.  

THE ALL SEASONS EVENT SCHEDULED FOR AUGUST 17-27TH IS ON!

 

Q: What is the date of the next event?

A:  August 17-29 - this will be an ALL SEASONS EVENT,  both Spring & Summer clothing will be accepted.

 

Q: Can I continue to register as a consignor and enter items?

A: YES!! The SPRING/SUMMER 2020 event remains open and active. You can continue to tag your items. Your inventory will transfer over to the ALL SEASONS event in August once that event opens.  Your data is already in the system,  it won't be lost!

 

Q: Can I print my tags now?

A: YES! Your barcoded tags will always scan through the system from a past Encores event. The inventory can be transferred from one sale to another. They cannot be transferred until the new event is created.  

 

Q: Can I go ahead and register for the ALL SEASONS August 2020 event?

A: YES.You will continue to register under the SPRING 2020 event, and then it will be transfered over.  The All Seasons Event is not yet opened for registration, b/c the SPRING/SUMMER event is still open.

 

Q: When will the ALL SEASONS August 2020 event be opened?

A: Once we get clearning from the government to open and can hold a large event. I have to pay MyConsignmentManager for each event I open, since I will not get a refund for the SPRING/SUMMER event, I need to wait until we have a better idea of what's happening with the phases of reopening before I pay to open a second event.

 

Q:  What happens to the consignor fee I paid for the SPRING/SUMMER 2020 event?

A: Your paid consignor fee will be rolled over to our All Seasons AUGUST 2020 event. If you've already paid for the Spring/Summer event you will not have to pay a consignor fee for the All Seasons Event in August.

 

Q: Are Consignor fees being refunded?

A: The consignor fees are being transferred to an upcoming event. If you have any additional questions, please contact Mandy @ [email protected] first.

 

Q:  I signed up to barter and/or be a WINGMOM for the SPRING/SUMMER Sale, what should I do?

A: I can assure you that those opportunities will still be available for the ALL SEASONS event in August. Mark those dates (August 17-29) on your calendar and plan to help.  I can't create those shifts until that event is opened.

 

Q: I have signed up as a VIP Tagger and/or Consignor for the SPRING/SUMMER 2020 event, what should I do?

A: Please email Mandy @ [email protected] if you are currently using the service. (You should've already been contacted by Mandy)
